Breakpoints are ignored while debugging cgis

When I debug a cgi script the debugger stops at the first expression. But, it doesn't stop at the breakpoints. There are no error messages.

If I debug a normal perl script, the breakpoints are working perfectly.

What are the values of HTML Root Directory, HTML Startup File and CGI Root Directory in your launch configuration?

The HTML root directory is "Y:\abo2006\docs",
the HTML startup file is "Y:\abo2006\docs\index.html"
and the CGI root directory is "Y:\abo2006\docs"

If I change the CGI root directory to "Y:\abo2006\docs\cgi-bin",in witch the cgi's are, I get the error "Could not connect to debug port".

Your original setup looks good to me (maybe try replacing backslashes by slashes, but it shouldn't matter). Are you using Cygwin Perl?

I use ActiveState Perl 5.8.7, EPIC Version 0.5.46 and Eclipse Build id: 20090920-1017.

The change of the backslashes to slashes does not work. So I get a Could not connect to debug port error.

Please change to the 0.6.x (testing) version and see if the problem is fixed by that.
