RHEL 5 + Eclipse Helios + EPIC 0.5.46 + JRE 1.6
Input file encoding is UTF-8, openned with:
2. open($handle, "<:encoding(UTF-8)")
In Run/Debug Configuration, console encoding is set UTF-8.
When debugging, in variable view, utf-8 characters could not be displayed correctly.
However, when printed and displayed in console, utf-8 characters displayed correctly.
Additional to above post, the utf-8 characters displayed in console is:
ERROR! The markdown supplied could not be parsed correctly.
Did you forget to surround a code snippet with "~~~~"?
Something wrong with directly adding img with !(http://, pls refer to http://postimage.org/image/19bkea45g/80b88ca6/)
Please try EPIC 'testing' (install from update site http://www.epic-ide.org/updates/testing). It works for me there (a Unicode character is displayed properly both in Console and Variables view).
