#71 Outlinie/Modules lists modules in POD with PC line endings

Sorry, the problem still exists when the file in
question has PC-style line endings: modules used in POD
sections will be included in the outline.
It the file has UNIX-style line endings, the outline
works as expected.

(Eclipse 3.0, EPIC 0.3.3, ActiveState perl 5.8.4 on
Windows 2000 SP 4 german)

    In EPIC 0.3.4 the behaviour is vice versa:
    PC style files work while UNIX ones don't.

    I tried to reproduce it in the last release under dev. and I
    highly assume it is already fixed in 0.3.7. See ChangeLog:

    Fixed bug: Better handling when editing across Platform
    (line-separator issue in the Outline View)

    Yes, it works perfectly in 0.3.7.
