#511 source format broken at project level

Environment:
- Fedora Core 9
- Eclipse - Version: 3.4.0 Build id: I20080617-2000
- EPIC 0.6.25

I can run perltidy via a "source format" by right clicking on the text of an individual source .pl file and selecting Source -> Format.

When I try to do this from the Navigator i.e. right click project -> Source -> Format, this has no effect. I would expect this to cause perltidy to be run on all the .pl files in the project, but the button does nothing.

I have also found this same problem. I have just downloaded EPIC for Eclipse and the Source drop down menu is all blank?!? Any idea what the issue is? I've definitely got PERL view, it's a PERL project, so I have no idea why it's not presenting a PERL format
