Hi,

I assigned the *.t files to Epic Perl Editor. After that I get a
message ("The file has been changed on the file system. Do
you want to load the changes?", Yes, No), if I press ether
Yes or No I just get a line followed by "ERROR" in my editor.
I am using:
Eclipse 2.1.1 on MacOSX 10.2.6
Build id: 200306271545
Java 1.4.1

I think the reason is because there is no

#!/usr/bin/perl

in the beginning of the file.

    In the file eclipse/plugins/org.epic.ext.cbg.editor_0.2.8/modes/catalog
    change the line
    FILE_NAME_GLOB="*.{pl,pm,ipl,cgi,PL,PM,IPL,CGI}"
    to
    FILE_NAME_GLOB="*"

    Now you can associate any file extension to the Perl Editor by using Eclipse
    preferences.
    The next release will have this change included.
