#1 Mouse Config in E ver 1.6.5

I recently installed a clean copy of Mandrake 8.0 from
a downloaded .iso image. My WM of preference is (and
always has been) 'E'. With all prior versions, I have
relied on my left mouse button for my user_menu and
epplets. With E 1.6.5, that option doesn't exist
after a clean install of Mandrake 8.0. I tested my
mouse, and it's a standard emulated three button PS2,
works fine in mouse config.

How do I configure 'e' for that right mouse option,
with user_menu, gnome_menu, and epplets? This is the
first version I've installed that does not include
this option as default, and I would prefer to run e by
itself without any other sessions like gnome.
