The Documentation and the plugin.xml file indicate that
a project property for JUnitDoclet can be set.
However, no JUnitDoclet tab apears when the Project
properties is accessed.
I have retested with Eclispe 3.1.1 on a Windows 2000
installation. I have found that the JUnitDoclet tab appears
in the Project properties, so this appears to be an
installation on Linux issue.
