1. define two different color themes for our system
2. a light and a dark theme
3. themes can be switched by user or switched automaticly to the time
4. depending on the season changes the theme at a different time
5. the switch from theme to another theme must be a soft transition (CSS3)
6. with this function fits well the name »sunrise«
