#15 Dig into Spring Security and provide a basic implementation

• Clearify how Spring Security works
• provide a default implementation which uses users and access rights provided by the systems database
• think about user groups / check a possible implementation
• create the needed database structure and provide demo content (users, rights)
• prepare everything to allow usage of LDAP or other external systems to provide the user data and / or access rights
• implement the basic mvc components that allow user data management, access rights management and assigning / removing rights from / to users
