[-] Fix HC problem in Opera - use [^\[] instead of [^]]
inside template manager
[+] Add a name field to HC form elements inside the
constructor. Also add a setElementName() field
[-] Fix HTMLMenu problem with submenus by adding
subMnuOffset to createMenuBar()
