This works when I run my tests in a standalone, local mode, but our app is
JSP. When we refresh, we hit the web server again, so we end up back on
square one. I guess I can refresh the dynLayer after a timeout???

I'm having the same problem in both NS4 & IE5.5, a scrollpane as child of
another layer, doesn't always show up, after refreshing it's ok, and will
stay visible ok.
