[Dynapi-Dev] getDocument

I was wondering if it would be better to move DynAPI.getDocument() to
DynDocument.getDocument().  It seems more logical that getDocument
belongs to DynDocument.  Of course DynAPI.getDocument could be kept
for a while too.
