We keep a copy of the releases at 
http://dynapi.sourceforge.net/releases/ and also the CVS version 
(dynapi3x).  Current is 3.0.0-beta2.

Sorry I'm not much help at the moment.  I'm doing some major drive and 
data shuffling at home this week, so I can't readily access anything for 
tests.  I hope to be done with data migration today and begin OS setup 
and have that working tommorrow.  But we'll see.
