I've already created such a list ().  Currently, I do not have access to CVS
(I'm on vacation), but in about 3 or 4 days I will update CVS so all updates
will be emailed there.  If you look at the changelog file in the snapshot,
you will see basically the same information.  All of the changes are listed
in that file.  I should have the mailing list working soon, so you can view
the changes from the web or from your email.
