Before I found DynAPI and I was stumbling along trying to create inline code
that handles all browsers - I went through the Opera site and couldn't find
anything to do with their implementation of CSS or the DOM or anything else.
Has anyone been able to find documents on their site that give developers
more of an idea?

    The impression I've gotten is that there is none.

BTW - I think the major difference between 4 and 5 is the free-ness and the
inclusion of ads in the interface - obviously bug fixes and stuff - but
mostly that... With Opera being free - maybe we'll see an increase in it's
usage

    Not if it can't render JavaScript..   :-)
