[Dynapi-Dev] mouseover events in nested layers

hi all.

i've the following situation:

|   layer1                 |
|                          |
|  x---------------x       |
|  | layer2        |       |
|  x---------------x       |
x--------------------------x

my question: should layer1 trigger an mouseout event when moving the cursor
over layer2 ??? i don't think so and as far as i can remember ie and ns 4 
don't do that.
in ns6 this onmouseout event is triggered. (in the official ns6 release).
