[Dynapi-Dev] Bug in FindLayers

In findLayers the following lines exist:
or.all[or.all.length]=dlyr
or.all[dlyr.id]=dlyr // <----- This is wrong, right?
or.allID[dlyr.id]=dlyr

I don't believe the second line is correct.  Please tell me the
purpose of that line.
