[Dynapi-Dev] dynapi.sourceforge.net

I put a web page up at http://dynapi.sourceforge.net.  I just wanted
people to look at it and make suggestions.  I think we need to have a
website as the homepage because the sourceforge page is not very
informative.  When we can come to a concensus about the
dynapi.sourceforge.net site, then I we can change the homepage link to
point to it.
