[Dynapi-Dev] Inline Layers - Events Bug in NS Using Double-Click

When using inline layers, I am able to capture all mouse events except
double-click in Netscape.  In IE, it works fine.  Double-click is also
working for regular dynlayers.  So, I am assuming the problem with
double-click in NS may be in the inline.js.

Any ideas?
