Hmm...that didn't work!  On my pages, IE5.5 is reloading the images
every time, whether it's a background image or not.  Even setting "Check
for updates" to never doesn't help.  In fact, I can *see* in images in
the IE5.5 cache, but they're still being reloaded each time.

Weird.
