[Dynapi-Dev] children[] bug

I noticed a bug that seems to have popped up with Scott's new array
handling of the id's.  When you do a deletefromparent, the children
array length does not decrement by 1, it just stays the same.  If you
look at the core.api.delete.html file in the patch distribution I
posted, you will see the error.
