[Dynapi-Dev] DynAPI Release Candidate

I've uploaded a release candidate for the next release in the patches
section.

You can download it here: http://sourceforge.net/patch/index.php?func=detailpatch&patch_id=102140&group_id=5757

It is a zip file, so you may have to change the default extension when
you download it.  Please let the list know of bugs/changes/etc that
can be made to it.
