[Dynapi-Help] Borders

Hi,

I am new to the DynamicAPI, but I am impressed with what I have tried so =
far.  When using Div's I like to place a colored border.

eg:
style=3D"BACKGROUND: lightslategray; BORDER-BOTTOM: lightsalmon 2px =
solid; BORDER-LEFT: lightsalmon 2px solid; BORDER-RIGHT: lightsalmon 2px =
solid; BORDER-TOP: lightsalmon 2px solid; HEIGHT: 251px; LEFT: 27px; =
POSITION: absolute; TOP: 45px; WIDTH: 541px"

Could you tell me how I can achieve this using the Dynamic Layers?
