[Dynapi-Help] once again.. I have latest dynapi2 files.

What I need is the latest widgets such as the latest scroll.js and any =
support files needed for it.
I don't want to sound like I'm whining.. but, if a user can't view my =
whole page (page loaded into loadpanel) in NS but they can in IE then my =
site's not very cross-browser is it?
