[Dynapi-Help] onmouseup/dragend problem

Hi all,
You have done a great job on getting this new version out.  Congrats!  I
have been using this API now for a few months.  I just recently set up the
new version and I am now having problems with the dragging on my site.  Has
anyone else been experiencing a problem with the mouse not letting go of the
dragged layer?  Any suggestions as to why this might occur?  Thanks for the
help!
