[Dynapi-Help] "JavaScript" language attribute fixed - DynAPI2 can be recategorized

Just wanted to let the DynAPI2 admins know that they can reclassify DynAPI2 under the "JavaScript" programming language, as that has now been added to the list of programming languages at SourceForge.

It should be better than having it classified as "Other" :-).
