Initial Comment:
Try to modify <a title = "Display title" class="testClass" href="#" onclick="make10()">make 10 nested layers</a><br /> in the file 10_deep_nesting.html 

The 'Display title' doesn't display when trying to move the mouse over href.

I think the root cause is 'dynapi.event.*' is not created. If I remove this line, the 'Display title' displays. 

Can you suggest me the way to solve it?
