viewpane's horizontal scroll bar is out of work. 

Just open the sample 
file: "dynapi/examples/dynapi.gui.viewpane.html"  in 
firefox 1.6.

I've known of this for a while now, still I do not
understand what or why it is broken.  I'll revisit this weekend.

I suspect that this is the cause for bug 1254376 "A Little
UI bug".
