[Dynapi-Widgetdev] doubt on DynAPI original

I couldn't test DynAPI -19991024 tabs1.html and tabs2.html in IE

I am using IE5.0 

Is there a browser compatibility issue for this API version?

I would like to incorporate the tab widgets into my project
