[Dynapi-Widgetdev] Scrollbar (or scrollpane) doesn't display in ns6 / bug 423938

Hello,
If you try dynapi/examples/dynapi.gui.scrollbar.html
in netscape 6.2, you can see that scrollbars are not
displayed. I see the problem in the bug 423938
(14/05/2001). With a refresh, the problem still
appear. Do you have any suggestion or correction for
this problem ?
