[Dynapi-Widgetdev] New methods for dynapi.gui.list

Hi,

I've been fooling with dynapi.gui.list and added the ability to move items
up and down the list. Why would you want do this? Well I was thinking of
building an interface that would allow the user to create a series of
questions (for a quiz or whatever), they could then change the order of the
questions and, as you'll see in the demo, they could edit an item in the
list as well. Once they were happy with the order of items in the list and
the contents of those items they could then choose to insert the whole lot
into a database. The database part hasn't been built yet but perhaps the
moveup and movedown methods could be added to the core api? Anyway let me
know if it's a desirable thing to do. You can see the code in action at:
