[Dynapi-Dev] Tree element

Hi!

I updated the Tree element with autoResize(bool,bool).
Another thing. I tested the Raymond patch (send into the maillist) for 
DragEvent and it's fixed the Tree item select/drag patch.

Another thing. Anybody can make a patch for DynLayer for not static width and 
height (I need set percentage of the parent).
