Hello Everyone,

Now that we have css borders working the way they
should in DOM which of the following would you prefer?

1) A Widget's size does NOT include it's border size.
For example, a Button with a size of 16x16 will
actually measure 18x18 due to it's DOM borders.

Or

2) A Widget's size includes it's border size. For
example, a Button with a size of 16x16 will actually
measure 16x16.
