Not uploaded. The the modifications that I've made
will remove all child layers even when they are nested
inside templates. I've tested your updates but found
out that when calling _destroyAllChildren() from
dynapi.document.destroyAllChildren() will only destroy
child layers. Please test against
dynapi.api.dynlayer-destroy.html example
