Hello

This is because in Netscape there may be only one layer open for loading 
external content (a badly documented feature of Netscape). Unfortunately 
layers do not close after loading automaticly and there for close must be 
done manually. You may refer code in the http://www.visualway.com/helmi ... 
I have also attached another example of possible workaround in this document 
(requires DynAPI).
