[Dynapi-Dev] dragging dynlayer with visible ioelement in mozilla

hi,

there's seems to be a painting issue with mozilla when a dynlayer 
containing a visible ioelement child is dragged. The child layer changes 
it's position even before the parent does. anybody experienced this ???

is there a way to overcome this???
