[Dynapi-Dev] 100% table width in ns4

hi,

setting table width="100%" on a dynlayer content doesn't seem to work in 
ns4.
is there a workaround that can be done to achieve this content 
positioning/alignment with/without using a table that will work on 
dynlayers in ns4?
