[Dynapi-Dev] resizing dragarea on layer resize

hi,

Is there a way to add a dragArea with dimensions relative to the layer 
it is set to. ????
Something like a dragarea, say a thin band defined at the top of a layer 
which gets resized when the layer is resized.

currently the    DragEvent.setDragArea(a,area1)  methods takes  absolute 
parameters which kinda becomes irrelevant when the layer size changes.

any ideas on going about this ????
