The example is working great. What Raymond did should work, as long as 
getOuterHTML is updated for NS4 to output an iLayer if the position is 
relative.
Also, in  _create for NS4, we could to test the position. If the 
position is relative, then the code would do a document.write() of the 
getOuterHTML
