Hi! Well, it's cool that you got it to work. Can you tell me which examples you were looking at? If they were in the DynAPI CVS, then which examples' events didn't work and which docs did you look at hoping to find answers? I think the threads were for multiple paths running simultaneously, where you referenced each path by a thread. The docs and examples for threads are very thin to nonexistent in my copy of the CVS. The "on" prefix is required for events, though I remember asking such a question when I was learning how to use events. I don't see this documented clearly ("on" prefix, or the pathanim or slideanim objects and events in Quick Ref). The examples with threadfinish were perhaps written when the slideTo code resided in the Thread object. The changelog in CVS indicates that they were moved to a separate file, and thus presumably have their own event names.
