[Dynapi-Help] DynAPI website upgrade

Hello Everyone,

In the near future we are hoping to have the DynAPI
upgraded to support new features and have a new look. 

If there's anyone who can help with graphics,
suggestions, documentation, etc we would like to hear
it.
