Yes, there's a DynAPI 3.0. Some of the docs may still
show 2.9 but it's 3.0

Many great things are happening. New features, new
formats, etc. The "dynapi3x" folder is the one to use
for 3.0 releases. Please not that this version is in
the alpha stage.

No. DynAPI 3.0 is NOT 100% backward compatible with
2.5.x. It uses a new structure that IMO is much more
efficient than the one used in 2.5.x. Please note that
most of the syntax remains the same.

Yes. DynAPI 3.0 now supports Opera 7.0. Opera 6.0
didn't support DOM.
