To save the page right click on the links when you're
on the richardinfo web page and select "Save Rarget
As.." (when using IE browser).

You can also view the source of the examples by right
clicking on the web page and selecting "View Source"

As for loading XML into the LoadPanel you might also
want to check out XML for JavaScript
http://xmljs.sourceforge.net/ - This is a
cross-browser XML solution that even works in NS4
