Just to add to what Raymond has said:
It really depends on the nature and complexity of your application.
Mainly, if your application is not already cross-browser,
the DynAPI most likly won't help you much.

But I do not wish to discurage you from trying.
Do give it a show with DynAPI 3x,
if that fails, try using the loadpanel widget in DynAPI 2.6
