[Dynapi-Help] creating multi-level menu with list object

Hey all.  I'd like try to create a dhtml navigation 
menu using dynapi.  I searched the archives and found 
this thread:

 .. The reply says to use the list class to create a
menu.  I've looked at the example that comes with the
distro(I think I got v2.55).  I'm not sure how to do a
multi-level menu with it.

Does anyone know of any other examples of how to use
the list class to do this?
Also anything describing the list object's properties
and methods would be 
good too.
