Hello Everyone, Is 0.78 millisecond fast enough? Yes! You heard me "0.78 millisecond!" That means you'll then be able to add 500 DynLayers to the document object in 390 milliseconds! Is that fast enough? Or do you want more speed? Is 0.44 milliseconds fast enough? Well I've just make a break through at improving the speed of DynLayers. Although the speed test will vary from browser to browser on various PCs the point remains - it's blazingly fast! This new technique will require a little more testing and users will have to get use to it, but it's 100% DynLayer and will work in most cases. Some widgets might not benefit from the speed improvements (this is due to the current design) and might have to be tweaked in-order to take advantage of the improvements! A word About the DynAPI Compiler --------------------------------- The compiler is working great! Just a few more testings and it ready for the real world. It will also give you the power to remove NS4 codes form the DynAPI library if you don't need it, thus making DynAPI a full DOM only API! But if you need ns4 support then have the option of doing so. The choice is yours. PS. The above features will only be supported in DynAPI 3.0 -- Raymond Irving __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful.
