Hi,
The fully qualified name is dynapi.gui.LoadPanel not
dynapi.gui.loadpanel you can also use
dynapi.library.include('LoadPanel');
Also remember to add the following between the
<body></body> tags:
<script>
dynapi.document.insertAllChildren();
</script>
