Yep, src will then point to the layer (or document) that triggered the
event.

I meant:
var src=realsrc.lyrobj||this.lyrobj;
what is the point of this.lyrobj
When will realsrc.lyrobj be null?

I think that's a fix for images,and hrefs catching the event.. they won't
have a lyrobj, so then the
lyrobj of the current layer is used.

not sure if the fix is still needed, but since it's not posing problems I'd
vote for leaving it in
(could cause problems in some strange ways :)
