Finally got around doing some coding again, I started with Dan's precreation
code and implementing it into Dynacore. I fixed the IE5+ part, I haven't
tested IE4 but I don't think there are many differences in the style sheets
and layer creation.. so it should work :)
I've attached the code (only the pieces needed).. still can't get CVS
working correctly, and have stopped trying, so here's the patch, hopefully
someone else can implement it.
