Some SSL or TSL settings in IE could fix this.. worked for me.

Okay, I was able to finally get onto SourceForge and submit all my
patches (not the widgets yet). Have at them.
BTW, has anyone noticed that it's easier to get to/navigate SourceForge
with NS than IE?
